These terms govern the web design and related services provided by GetWebSmart ("we", "us"). By engaging our services you agree to them.

Services

We provide web design, development and related services as described in your chosen package or written proposal. Specific deliverables, timelines and revisions are defined per project.

Payment

Prices are as quoted. Projects typically require a deposit to begin, with the balance due before launch unless agreed otherwise. Recurring Care Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with notice.

Revisions and delivery

Revision rounds and delivery timelines follow your package. Timelines depend in part on you providing content and feedback promptly.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the final website and its custom content. We may retain rights to underlying tools and may feature the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

We deliver our work with care but cannot guarantee specific rankings or business results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
